S.W.A.T. Estate Police Co. Ltd., is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Roysce Ramsaran who has taken up the stewardship of the company in its thrust to make S.W.A.T. the premier Security Company in Trinidad and the region.

Mr. Ramsaran holds an MBA with distinction from UWI, St. Augustine, a first class Bachelor’s Degree in Busi-ness Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Laurier University, Toronto. These achievements lend credence to his numerous roles and positions he held at Royal Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and JMMB.

At RBC Mr. Ramsaran held quite a number of positions including Manager- Credit and Control in the Credit Card Centre, Manager- Personal Lending, Manager- Commercial Lending, Branch Manager- St, Augustine, Vice President- Personal & Business Banking Group for the Central and South Region, Country Operating Officer, Program Director- Business Process Optimization and Head Market Coordination & Optimization. After having served RBB for over thirty five (35) years, Mr. Ramsaran migrated to JMMB Bank Limited where he worked in the capacity of Chief Retail Banking Officer (CRBO) with a focus on winning in the market by leading and developing a team of sales and service professionals to support client retention, acquisition and growth.
