One of the premier, private security companies in Trinidad and Tobago and rated as one of the top key players within the Industry. S.W.A.T. Estate Police Co. Ltd was established and pioneered by Mr. Aaron Henry since 1991. Mr. Henry’s extensive background in Law Enforcement along with his sterling industry expertise and result driven attributes have afforded him the skillset and the accreditation to acquire the status of owning a reputable and premium brand, that it is considered today.

Over the course of two decades, Mr. Henry single-handedly grew S.W.A.T. from a one-man Private Investigations Company into the distinguished Regional Security Services Company recruiting over seven hundred (700) plus officers, with 3 local branches, including one in Tobago and a dormitory to house all new recruits during their vigorous training, so that they become security ready for their line of duties.

PREVENTION

Our Security Officers are trained to detect suspicious activities. They can also assess a situation and react to security breaches. We ensure a clear message is conveyed to potential criminals that S.W.A.T. is serious about the security of your business.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our Security Officers are customer service ambassadors. Their role is critical to operating the front security booth, acting as sentry to control access to your areas.

MONITORING

Our Security Officers will ensure active foot patrol on your property. Our monitoring duties will be dependent on your company’s requirements in terms of monitor video surveillance, check credentials, monitor restricted areas, etc.

ARMED RESPONSE

Our Security Officers are trained to respond accordingly, take reports and contact the police once it becomes necessary. In some instances, they will detain suspects.

S.W.A.T. initiated a community patrol service in the Valsayn North Community providing escort and patrol services to approximately 80% of the residents with a guarantee response time to alarms and emergencies of five (5) minutes. The programme was so successful that shortly thereafter S.W.A.T. was invited to introduce the programme to the Valsayn South Community. Presently S.W.A.T. serves approximately 85% of the residents of both communities.
