S.W.A.T. is committed to deploying security personnel of the highest order, whose professional, physical and overall conduct will be value added to the S.W.A.T. brand and by extension our clients.

We engage in an extensive and comprehensive screening and verification process to sift out the most appropriate candidates to fill the role of an Officer with S.W.A.T.

This process is used to establish the honesty and integrity of every recruit selected and also includes a psychometric test, an aptitude test (with a pass mark of 90 and above), fingerprint criminal screening, background checks and even a social/community check.
Once the recruits are selected they remain in our indoor dormitory for a 3 week period, where they undergo a comprehensive and vigorous training in preparation for their roles ahead.

Further training to promote fitness levels and self-defense safety is also carried out by our in-house experts in our indoor gymnasium. This is to ensure that the officers are ready and equipped for the workplace in the fittest form.

To ensure that our offices are able to deal with health emergencies while on their work locations, our offices go through a first aid training with our very own medical doctor at our indoor facility.

Officers who are to become precepted or who require firearm refresher training Firearm trainer are taken to our indoor Gun Range facility to be trained by our in-house Licensed Firearm trainer.

Our in house Psychologist is available 24/7 to assess the mental and emotional capacity of all our officers, before and during their tenure with the company.

Officers and even Administrative Staff are encouraged and rewarded for participating in our in-house programmes.

The record and progress of each personnel/officer is continuously highlighted throughout their employment with S.W.A.T. rewards are granted accordingly and recognition and commendation rewards are granted accordingly.
